He's also the founder of healthnews.africa and is currently completing a doctorate degree in cell biology and genetics at Nigeria's premier university, the University of Ibadan. He has bagged several awards and he speaks at conferences in various parts of the world. As a researcher, he is fascinated with tuberculosis immunogenetics while as a journalist, he searches for stories that affect the lives of everyday Africans especially when such is from the continent’s scientific community.
