This form must be completed and submitted by the Nominator who must be a Fellow or Associate Fellow of the AAS. Self-nomination is not allowed. The nomination must also be seconded by another Fellow/Associate Fellow of AAS. The candidate being nominated/proposed for AAS Fellowship is the Nominee.
